Payment Methods:

Eco Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal.  We do not accept Personal/Company Checks, Purchase Orders or C.O.D.'s.

 

Please note that ALL pre-paid orders take longer to process since payments must first be cleared with the bank (for check fraud prevention).

 

 

Billing and Shipping Address Verification:

Verification is required to guard against credit card fraud. It is for your protection and ours.

 

If the billing address and shipping address are different, please contact your credit card issuer and request for them to add the shipping address as an authorized shipping address for your account.

 

 

Declined Credit Card:

A credit card can decline due to an invalid credit card number, expiration date, exceeding daily limits, insufficient credit, or other reasons. Sometimes the card number itself is incorrectly entered.

 

The computer processes the credit card charges automatically. We are not given a reason when a charge is declined. Please contact your Credit Card Company or bank for further information regarding the transaction. If we do not hear back from you within 5 business days, the order will be voided.

 

Sales Tax:

Orders shipping to California must be charged sales tax based on the county's rate.
